I started this program with the goal of bettering my postpartum body and mental state. It helped me achieve my goals of losing weight and changing my perspective all from the comfort of my own home. I lost thirty pounds over the course of six months by adopting efficient home exercises that catered to my unique requirements, rather than detesting going to the gym.
